Friends and Family Test

At Sunlight Group Practice, we are committed to providing excellent patient care and always welcome your feedback. Your views help us understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve.

After your visit, you may receive a text message inviting you to answer a few quick questions about your experience. This is part of the NHS Friends and Family Test, and your responses are shared with NHS England to help monitor and improve services. Please note that not every patient will receive this text, as messages are sent out at random.

If you don’t receive a message but would like to share your thoughts, we still want to hear from you. You can provide feedback and suggestions below.
