From Monday 25th September 2023, Allport Surgery and Sunlight Group Practice will be joining together Saxenda 2021-22 Year 5 GP placement student feedback from the School of Medicine Wirral Foodbank – Cost of Living
The practice provides consulting rooms for doctors and nurses and also provides offices for the administration and reception teams.
The Primary Care Trust also has staff working closely with the practice team such as district nurses, podiatry and health visitors (children and the elderly) phlebotomy and community psychiatric nurses.
The Medical Centre also provides clinics for family planning, cervical smears, paediatrics, health visitors, paediatric physiotherapy, optometry, child health surveillance, smoking cessation, counselling, family planning and chiropody.
Flu vaccination by injection, commonly known as the “flu jab” is available every year on the NHS to protect
•anyone over the age of 65
•pregnant women
•children and adults with an underlying health condition (particularly long-term heart or respiratory disease)
•children and adults with weakened immune systems
Dr. Delaney holds regular minor operating sessions. If you have a “lump or bump” that you would like removing, please make an appointment to see Dr. Delaney for assessment. Joint injections are also performed by Dr. Delaney and Dr. Pritchard.
