Friends and Family Test
As a practice we pride ourselves in patient care and are always open to feedback on ways in which we can improve. We take the feedback given from patients and find ways to better our services. When you visit the practice you may be sent a text message asking to a complete 3 questions regarding your care, the feedback data will be sent to NHS England. Not everyone will receive this message after their appointment, it is a random selection. If you do not receive a text, visit the bottom of this page where you can provide us with feedback and suggestions. We review feedback provided by the friends and family test.
