Join our friendly Digital Champions at Parkfield Medical Centre for free one-to-one support.

Setting up and verifying your NHS App account
Accessing your health records online
Ordering repeat prescriptions
Viewing appointments and NHS information
Building confidence using your smartphone or tablet

What should I bring?
Please bring your smartphone, tablet or device along with a valid photo ID such as a passport or driving licence. This will help us support you with NHS App registration and identity verification where needed.
Everyone is welcome
No technical experience is needed. Whether you’re completely new to digital services or just need help with a specific feature, our Digital Champions will be happy to assist you.
Ready to get started?
Simply drop in between 11am and 3pm on Thursday 16th July . There is no need to book an appointment – just bring your device and photo ID and our Digital Champions will be happy to help.
